• Welcome to our blog!

Welcome to the Blog of Scottish Wedding Photographer Graeme Brown. A great place to start is by having a look at some weddings we've shot recently, listed under "Recent Posts," where you can see a selection of images from each wedding. The "Portfolio" section has my favourite images from the last few years in a slideshow. To view full collections of images and order prints go to "Recent Weddings" (password required).

If you want to keep up to date with developments and be notified when we post a new wedding use the "Subscribe" option - it's free and a great way to see what everyone is up to. If you're interested in seeing images from a particular venue or wedding you can use the Search feature to locate what you're looking for.

I hope you enjoy the website, please feel free to wander around and if there's anything we can help with then please contact us using the link above.

Wedding Photography Highlights – Brooke & Jeff at Dalhousie Castle, Edinburgh, Scotland

Wedding Photography in Scotland – Carol & Barry at Dalmunzie

One of the interesting things about being a Scottish Wedding Photographer is getting to places you’ve never been before, recently I did exactly that for Carol & Barry’s wedding at the beautiful Dalmunzie estate. The weather was (mostly) kind to us and the intimate country house setting of Dalmunzie was perfect for the party of family and friends who were guests at the wedding.

Here is a short slideshow of some of my favourite images from the day – you can see the full collection by clicking on “Online Gallery” above, where you can also order any prints you might want from the day. You’ll need the password though, which you can get from Carol & Barry.

Wedding Photography in Scotland – Daniela & Jared at Dalhousie Castle …. coming soon

A Brazilian girl marrying a Canadian man, in Scotland. Why? Partly because Scottish Castle Weddings are always fabulous of course, but mostly because this international couple actually live in Edinburgh. Most of the guests, however, don’t and so people had come from all corners of the globe to see Daniela & Jared get married at Dalhousie Castle. One of the added attractions at Dalhousie is the Falconry Centre, who are always happy to put on a display to entertain your guests.

This shot is of a Harris Hawk about to land on the glove held by Jared:

I know it’s supposed to be ‘Just One’, but it wouldn’t be right not to feature the bride as well ….

Wedding Photography in Scotland – Robyn & Warren at Dalhousie Castle …. coming soon

Another sneak-peek, this time from the wedding of Robyn & Warren, who travelled all the way from Australia to get married at Dalhousie Castle. Proving that Aussie chicks are made of tough stuff, Robyn even climbed a (in her wedding dress!!) for this picture – and it was her idea! Warren has no excuse for ever forgetting their anniversary, as the wedding was also his birthday!
