London Fashion Weekend

An unusual job for me this week – fashion photographer (my wife is soooo jealous!). I was invited to photograph the catwalk show at London Fashion Weekend, held at the fabulous Somerset House in London. The show was sponsored by Elle Magazine and presented by journalist and TV presenter Louise Roe. It was a great opportunity for me to do something a bit different, and I enjoyed it hugely. Here are a few photos for all you clothes fans:

Godspell at the Adam Smith Theatre, Kirkcaldy

On Monday I photographed the cast of Godspell, running this week at the Adam Smith Theatre in Kirkcaldy. The fabulously talented young cast from KYMT always put on a fabulous show and it was a huge pleasure to work with them.

Here are a few of the pictures:

Rebecca’s Birthday Party

A very different event for me this week – a 40th birthday party! Rebecca wanted to celebrate in style so she and partner Peter along with a dozen or so of their closest friends journeyed up from England for a weekend at the wonderfully restored Plane Castle in Stirlingshire. There was whisky tasting, fishing, haggis, food galore, and everyone looked to be having a great time. Rebecca knows how to throw a party, but she should do – conference and event management is Rebecca & Peter’s business

Star of the show was the irrepressible Roddy Deans (aka Roddy The Piper) who played traditional bagpipes and the small pipes during the meal, as well as performing the most dramatic Haggis Address I have ever seen, and even gave bagpipe lessons to the guests after the meal!

Here are some images from the day, please use the comment function to leave us a message.
